How to keep your microgreens
Storing
Ideally in the fridge at 4–8 °C. Outside it, mist them lightly every three days so the hemp mat does not dry out.
Harvesting
Cut 1–2 cm above the seed, right when you need them.
Eating
Eat only the top part of the shoot.
Not this
Do not eat the seed or the roots.
Natural substrate
Both the hemp mat and the coconut substrate in the punnet are 100% natural and go on the compost or in the organic waste.
Paper box
Keep the paper box, or hand it back at the next delivery – we will happily reuse it.
